We are pleased to announce the return of weekly Dovetail Brewery Tours.
Every Saturday at 12pm, we offer award-winning* tours of our brewery. Each 90-minute-ish tour includes three .3L beers (that’s nearly a liter of beer!) and insight into our traditional brewing processes. You will get to participate in a water tasting (bet you didn’t see that coming!), a hop rubbing, and malt tasting, while exploring the unique features in our brewery, including (spoilers!) our coolship and 115-year-old copper kettle from Weihenstephaner (that’s the oldest brewery in the world).
Tours are $30 and are accommodated first come, first served. 21+ only. Children are encouraged to enjoy our taproom during tours—it’s a working brewery, after all.

• First come, first served—you can line up before the taproom doors open at noon, but you will not be able to enter the taproom til noon
• All tours include: three .3L pours of Dovetail beers and some other beer samples; a complimentary .3L Dovetail Brewery glass; and 15% off all to-go beer that day
• 24 people maximum
