It’s National Rauchbier Month (but you already knew that). Join us the week of February 10, 2025 as we celebrate smoked beer with tappings of Dovetail Rauchbier at bars and restaurants around Chicago, MKE, DC and NYC. We’ll end the week at our taproom in Chicago on February 16, with THANK YOU FOR SMOKING,
our mini-festival of smoked beer joined by our 🔥 brewery friends.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 16 • DOVETAIL BREWERY

10AM • EARLY BIRD GETS THE RAUCHBIER

• A front-row seat to a live podcast recording presented by All About Beer, featuring a conversation about all things Rauch hosted by John Holl.

Irene's Finer Diner will also be here poppin' up for a Frühschoppen (that's German for beer brunch).

12PM • DOORS OPEN FOR EVERYONE (No ticket needed!)

At noon, we’ll open our Taproom and Barrel Loft for people to enjoy a line-up of smoked beers from Dovetail Brewery, as well as guest smokies from brewery friends. Experience a wide-selection of smoked beers that showcase smoke as a versatile adjunct with limitless range (what’s the difference between beechwood smoke and oak smoke? Find out here!)

BIERSTACHLN • Can’t have all this smoke without fire, right? We’ll also be doing some hot beer poking. What the heck is that?

DOLIN’ OUT • At 3pm, Dolin’ Out will join in with their small-batch, made-from-scratch gumbo. The key ingredient in gumbo? Andouille, a smoked meat, naturally.
